Revitalift Miracle Blur

Monday, April 21, 2014

Hi lovies. So today, I'm doing a first impression on the L'Oreal Revitalift Miracle Blur.

What caught my eye was the "blur" on the packaging. With all of the claims of this and other products like it, I wanted to see what the hype was all about. I have larger pores on my noses, but I don't struggle with wrinkles or fine lines.

I got the product for $6.99 at a local drugstore. Online, I have seen prices varying but mostly higher, some even going to $20.00. That to me is a little ridiculous for what you're getting. The product is the size of a Tweezerman Tweezers, and fits in my hand (which is small). You're given 0.5 ounces.

With that said, the product itself is interesting. The consistency reminds me of a more liquid version of the Mally's Poreless Face Defender, but not as good. Granted, Mally is consisted more high end. I was not impressed. It doesn't do much to "blur" my pores, in fact, I don't really see much of a difference. I'm pretty disappointed, but I should know better than to believe these magical claims. It's okay for what it say's it's supposed to do, it does make the skin feel nice, however I feel like it's just another base. Nothing special. I certainly wouldn't spend more than $7 dollars on it. Overall, my first impression is "meh", maybe a 4 on a 1-10 scale. I'll continue to use it, and hope it does something with continued use, but I don't expect much. Based off of first impressions, I wouldn't repurchase or recommend someone purchsing it.

I will certainly update if my opinion changes on this product.
